I'm keen to know this. I purchased the iPad Pro 11 inch 128gb from Titan Gear earlier today and later thought I should have checked this out.
They have the eBay guarantee and state it comes with 1yr warranty. I'll be checking the serial number via Apple to confirm warranty details before opening and returning if any issues arise.
That's good idea. Before you open it, check wiht Apple. For my Airpod Max, it was seald brand new. But, Apple confirmed it was sold to the authorised reseller over 1 year ago, so their warranty already expired and AppleCare+ was not available. To reinstate their warranty, Apple requested the proof of purchase and I got it from ebay seller and provided. But, Apple didn't accept because ebay seller was not their authorised reseller. Finally, I contacted eBay and eBay said I can return even if it was opened.

Are they Apple authorised reseller? Otherwise, Apple warranty may already expire and AppleCare+ may be not available.
Buying new Apple device from eBay should be careful. Previously, I purchased sealed brand new Airpod Max from eBay. But, no Apple warranty and no AppleCare+ available. Apple didn't accept the purchase receipt as evidence due to non-authorised reseller.
