  • I created a new account and can't seem to find anywhere to add the 30% coupon?

    It seemed to go through and placed an order (even though I didn't provide any payment details) then when I try and submit an inquiry that isn't accepted.

    Very strange system.

    • It's in the 'Packs' section of placing your order. At the top is the "Add Promo Code" section - a green button looking shape. It's hard to explain when I can't share a screenshot.

      • Must be very well hidden I'm looking at the Packs section now and can't see any Add Promo Code section. Thanks for the help though but located the cancel the orders part thankfully.

        • Definitely contact them. If you put the code in and it didn’t apply the discount they may be able to credit it back.
