Rubbish store support, bought a Trouver Power 11 died within 6 months. no response from this company

got one, doesn't work after 1 week's use. I contacted them but they offered only 50% refund, that's after uploading photos & videos as evidence. Btw they're based in China so communication is as slow as communicating with someone on mars. Does anyone know how I can get 100% refund?

I think if you're going to post here as a rep you've got to try a bit harder than that. Neg for issues with the store.

Also cheaper elsewhere as mentioned above by m9. No bargain here.
