the other place (i think kmart) had the same but instead of deblob, it was beach sports, which is probably better, at $384 i think.

You can either wait or buy a bundle 380+ sell 2 games for $80+ and buy a Wii fit for 120+. In that case, you end up with the Wii fit bundle for ~$420
Definitely worth selling the WiiMusic game, it's one of the worst game that you get sick of in 1 hour, sell it while its hot!

Just wanted to confirm that this is for real - I went and picked one up tonight at Macquarie and they had a good stack in stock (although there were selling like hotcakes).
They'd run out of DeBlob though, but I managed to get Zelda: Twilight Princess instead, which I was pretty happy with.

I'd be interested to see how many actually manage to get one of these bundles. Last good deal in Big W we found out they only had a couple in stock to start with - and they sold straight away.
Hopefully the stores have alot of stock.

We picked one up this afternoon, the deal is not listed online as they have only introduced it to compete with the Kmart deal. We called around our closest Big W stores and all of them confirmed they had this deal, some had run out of stock already, but we tracked down a store with some left and got one! Our Christmas present is here early!!! Thanks so much for the info :D
I got the Kmart deal for $383.71 Not too fussed about the $1.71 that i could have saved at Big W…It was $388 when i checked also. I recommend the Big Beach Sports, never heard of De blob but theres plenty of info on wiki etc.

Just make sure you don't fall into the trap of just because it's a game made by nintendo, it's going to be good.
de blob is awesome, big beach sports lasted about 10 mins in my wii :)

I don't see why not. Otherwise Nintendo will just ask BigW to sell EVERY single Wii they produce to beat piracy. ;)
It can be modded, but it's not easy, and involves a lot of soldering so unless you're particularly good at that you're going to have to pay someone to do. It's not like the earlier Wii's where you could mod it yourself without much work.
This is obviously the same for wii's sold at any store, not just big w.
Went to Big W Forest Hill Chase in Melbourne yesterday. Was told they are selling the bundle, but as De Blob is sold out, they are bundling the package with Mario & Sonic Olympics instead (most likely to get rid of a game that probably isn't selling well). Olympics game isn't a game party game, but single player gets boring very quickly. Wii music is just rubbish, and will be hitting ebay ASAP. Overall this wasn't a bad deal, as you basically get two free games.
