Noticed this deal, somehow sponsored by Sydney Airport. Kids have just used it for European trip: Europe+ data 30-day deal is $29.99 for 10GB. All in AUD and Aussie based. No complaints so far, and noticed uses all major carriers in Europe, not just the cheap ones.

Make sure to look at the competition too, and it may end up cheaper

    • Yes, 10gb can go real fast when you are travelling. Better to buy a local esim direct from the telco, unless it is a lot of very short visits. … Then again, you can get away with free wi-fi a lot of the time.

+1 for not listing PRC as part of Asia. I don't want to visit the same continent where Winnie The Pooh resides.

    • Then I guess Africa and North and South America are right out of the question!
Enjoy all your holidays in NZ 🙂

Since when is Taiwan a province of China?.

    I don't think so.

    • Sure it is. The only one not under"temporary" communist occupation, according to Taiwan. They wish they had never said that of course, but declaring independence now is diplomatically tricky.

Whoever settles it will be asked to fix Palestine region next.

    • Both the Republic of China and the People's Republic of China claim the island of Taiwan as a province under their respective jurisdictions. The trick to avoid a war (cold or hot) is of course to not identify which China the word "China" refers to.

  • Use this for Europe trip. Have 2 Esim. Cheaper than other company that i used with. even can purchase it while in overseas for activation. Very handy and recommended.

    • I used this in Germany last week, it worked perfectly. The signup process and app are 100% in English, just had to verify ID via webcam.

As I was sitting on the plane about to leave, I cancelled the plan. As they closed the account I was surprised to see them say "Because you had this plan for less than 14 days, we are giving you a 100% refund.".

So it's basically free if you're going for less than 2 weeks.
