  • Can't see any warranty details on the site. Am I suffering a comprehension defect?

    • not showing but it's whatever standard warranty they come with, plus consumer rights

      • Oh OK thanks.
        I'm very tempted.

It's in the Returns section of Item description

What warranty is provided on purchases?

All items available to purchase on the Official Sony eBay Store are covered by a full 12 month Sony manufacturer warranty from Sony. Sony provides invoices on all purchases via an email with a PDF.

    • you are suffering the "missed it" defect

    this household is BNPL free

    • I’m curious, any specific reason? We use those all the times, but never pay any penalty fee or monthly fee.

      • keeping my debt in banks I at least know what they do with it

what does afterpay do with money? well, Eisen bought a $23m house. great for ecinomy I guess, but I am not funding that

        • What's the diff whether a big bank executive or a BNPL executive buys a multimilion property with the money they got thanks to your money?

          • @pizzaguy: banks are regulated, bnpl are not

banks have physical presence (they use profits to run the business, have offices and staff them, creating workplaces throughout the country). bnpl just pocket everything they get

banks have to report everything they do with the money, and they have a lot of financial products that help the national economy function

bnpl are just.. bnpl. they lend you money, you pay it back. you pay more if you don't pay on time. a lot of people don't, that's how they thrive. where that profit goes? $23m home in Byron Bay

how this compared to TCL TVs e.g. c835 (miniLED) and other models etc.?

    • +1

      It's similar to the C735. X90K = C835

      • Idk, the C735 is 120hz vs X75K's 60hz and pretty poor reviews on RTings, are you sure you don't mean the MUCH cheaper P735?

        • Was thinking more of the micro arrays.

  • B/D = Box Damaged

    sounds bad,
some people actually mention they received a unit with broken screen

    • In the ebay comments?

Sony used to check units before sending. But maybe it's a lottery these days and they let the Consumer test it for them as it's cheaper?

in one of the previous sony box damage ozbargain post

  • For what its worth, I bought a box damaged Sony TV from their ebay store several years ago and it arrived in perfect condition. Not a scratch to the TV or the box at all.

      false advertising?

some people actually wants a damaged box

The 65" X75K is 995 brand new at jb hifi at the moment, so not a big discount to get a refurbished one.

    • Are these some lowest-end Sony TVs? Sounds super cheap.

    • It's brand new according to the ebay website for 65 x75k
