Uber Eats are currently offering $100 off for new signs up to Uber One. I was able to get 4 weeks free trial as I've never signed up to Uber One.

Credit card details are required to sign up. I then applied the offer and had $100 credit added to my account. I've ordered $98 of pizzas from Pizza Hut and just paid $5 service fee. I then cancelled my membership.

        Did not need to reapply, ordered through app both times. That being said, I had the same thing happen to my account yesterday, both orders via web. Seems to be no obvious method to replicate.

    I can beat the negged guy above me.

    Ordered ribs and steak from Ribs and Rumps. They gave me their latest menu which is some chinese mofo tofu, some kind of dumplings and a corn soup.

      I did one last night using a different payment method on app, rather than the one used for subscribing Uber One. All good. No dramas.

      • Were them same name? Same card didn't work for me. I tried coles gc and no luck. I have 2 cards under same name which I think will not go through

        • Same PayPal Gmail account. I have been charged for the extra amount as my order was over 100. Not sure what happened in your case when you say didn't work were you charged?

          • @ady211: Got reverted to normal price at checkout said this account has redeemed (mostly due to same payment). I haven't used my paypal for a long time and it asks for verification that is quite annoying

            • @Bii: Right in my case I placed 2 orders one with mine and other my wife placed for different days and different restaurants. Both went through via same PayPal and charged just the delta.

              First order is for tomorrow and 2nd one is Saturday worried they will either charge the whole amount for Saturday

    well I'm still full from the banquet that turned up last night, typical uber delivery driver though, pretends to be lost but is parked across the road calls so she doesn't have to get out of the car then tells me the bag is a bit heavy. Enjoy your food folks

    Unable to redeem the promo code (it's activated on my account), but get an error on checkout.

    Is there a way to actually contact Uber Eats support for assistance?

    • are you using it on an eligible store?

      • Yes tried it on stores listed as eligible and other stores, via web, via app, scheduled delivery, order now and pickup - none of the options will allow the code to go through.

        • I realised it is hard to contact uber unless you have already placed an order.

            @spedohero: I contact them thru Facebook and they are able to reply fairly quick.

              • @ChipsChicky: Not yet they're like: upon checking you are eligible for the promotion, go ahead and place the order LOL (Apparently I cannot place the order successfully). I haven't followed it up further.

      My Mum doesn't have an UberEats account, so I created one for her, and redeemed this promotion. But I provided my Card details while paying, so I suspect Uber might have connected this and deemed the new account as an "old" customer …

      • I've had trouble with different Uber accounts using the same payment details, have to keep trying a combination of methods and accounts. One account fails on everything discount-code related no matter what I do.

  • same to me, show" promo not applied", the promotion you picked couldn't be applied to your order. I can apply it but not able to checkout….

  • I just placed another order scheduled for later afternoon pick-up. No issues here. As of 11/6, so long you redeemed the code earlier, you could still take advantage of it.

    I ordered yesterday. Worked fine,no worries at all.I decided to pick up, just in case it didn't like my address.
