                @I Smell Pennies: There have been issues with TCN where the USD$ if reported, and CB given in AUD$ without factoring in conversion. Keep us posted on how the tracking goes if you pay in USD$ instead of AUD$ to get a better XE rate.

      The referee has to earn $10 in cashback within 3 months. So you will need to spend more with TopCashback or rely on special deals like 100% cashback deals which will easily make you eligible for the $10 sign up bonus. You can do it, I'm confident.

      Hi @Harsh Deep, as this is a $10 bonus, unfortunately it won’t count towards the $10 cashback you must receive to activate your sign up bonus, however you also get 2% cashback on any eBay purchase so that portion will count towards the $10 cashback threshold

          It's just a fancy way of saying you can only earn 1x $10 eBay bonus when you spend $10 or more on any transaction

          So if you make 1 transaction of $15, you'll get $10 bonus
          If you make a 2nd transaction of $13 (example), you will not get a second bonus

              The way I read the t&cs was that it might have to be a single item to the value of $10 or more. All sorted and used their services for my first time so I’ll see how ot goes.

    Always have to raise a case and they claim I did not use their service - never have any problems with cashrewards or shopback so I'm pretty sure topcashback are scammers :(

        I did not, the seller was slow to post so I asked them to cancel the order.

        I also asked in the previous deal if you would honour the bonus regardless, your reply was that you would contact eBay. This is fine, but from past experience eBay usually just declines such claims.

      Just following up on this, I have had the same problem before but in reverse. My SB click outs would track under TCB instead (even though there's a click registered on SB). I had to submit claims to SB. Now I just log out of TCB if I'm not using it.

    Topcashback need to life their game.

    Last Ebay $10 didnt track and I received this message following lodgement of claim. Doesnt make sense that it would take 16 weeks.

    We just wanted to let you know your claim was submitted to the retailer, via their tracking network on 1/01/0001. While we can’t make any changes to the claim now it’s been submitted we’ll let you know as soon as we hear back. Generally we find it takes around about 12-16 weeks to get a result for claims like yours.
