    I made a mistake in my order and had to cancel it on eBay and re-order. Now both orders (and the bonus) have tracked, but I can’t tell which order triggered the bonus. When the cashback for the cancelled order eventually get declined, will this be a problem for the bonus?

    • Hi @cynix, typically if you cancel an order, then the bonus and cashback will be affected however if this happens please submit a claim and we will honour it for you

      • Thanks. If the cancelled order takes a long time to be reflected in TopCashback, does that affect my ability to actually submit a claim (which I thought could only be submitted within 30 days or something)?

        • Hi @cynix, nope it shouldn't affect your ability to submit a claim as we allow you to submit a claim within 100 days of your purchase

    Hi rep, my cashback tracked but no signs of a pending bonus like previous offers. Positive I activated the offer.

    What do we do? Hope we don't have to submit a ticket to wait months and then have it expire.

  • I bought something from eBay at 11:58pm last night so just before the end. It says this time on the invoice. And I've just received an email from TopCashBack saying that I purchased at 12:03am. So it has tracked but after the deal ended.

    The standard cashback is showing in my account but not the bonus $10.

    Not happy. Now I will have to try and chase up the cashback.

      That's normal. Happens with cash reward and shopback too. Tracking for ebay is based on when transaction AND payment cleared. Its happened to me in the past with SB. Best way to avoid this is to purchase something at least 1 hour before deadline.

        Yes, eBay proccesses transactions a few mins later, which means they will not be able to get the cashback. Best to learn from this and move on!

        Happened to me in the past, once wuth CR and once with SB. I didn't chase them up. Lessons learned and moved on. Never leave it until a few mintes before deal expire to place order again.

  • bought before midnight but it only tracked at 25cents and says the 9th june so i cant even put in a claim for the missing $10 it does a loop

  • My initial 2% cashback tracked straight after my purchase last night around 10pm and my $10 has just come through now.

  • The bonus is now showing as pending in my account.

    Everyone who had a similar issue to me should send a support ticket. They might be able to help. It's worth a try. I contacted them and they have now honoured the bonus and added it manually to my account. Was not expecting a happy outcome but am pleasantly surprised. Thanks TopCashback.

  • Same here no tracking. I used phone browser last time and that never tracked and this time used PC and still no cigar. The Pizza Hut promo from a week or so back tracked just fine so not exactly sure what the issue is.

    For those who have untracked eBay Au transactions did it happen to be overseas purchases with GST?

    That's the only thing I can think of because my various Amazon purchases for instance have all tracked properly.

      no mine was a local au product. still no tracking and launched a missing claim, but says it takes months…

      • In that case not exactly sure what the issue is because all my Amazon and Pizza Hut transactions have tracked. It's just the eBay ones that have failed to track both times. I didn't use any codes either and didn't even use eBays GCs. I haven't had any such issues with Shopback or Cashrewards weird can't work it out.

  • Order didn't track. Placed a claim on the 15/06 (7 days after). Still no progress after a week. Not particularly impressive - especially compared with SB and CR.

    • guess no other choice except waiting. my 1st lodged case at Jun5 still nothing replied yet.

      I compared with other success tracked ebay purchase, this may be the clue of untracked: both orders had seller own discount applied but no code, just as 10% off 2nd item or whole list 40% off.

      • I might tag @TopCashback AU Rep to see if we can get some help. In my case, it just used the SEOFY22 code which is explicitly allowed in the post. Yeah, seems unfortunate - I don't mind it taking a while, but would like to get confirmation that someone is looking into it at least.
