Long time member, first post.
Got an alert on PC Partpicker this particular RTX 4080 has dropped to $1629. Pretty much the cheapest it's been. It's been hovering at $1739-$1799+ over the last few months with the not-so-good version (PNY 4080 Verto) dropping to $1699.

No Diablo 4 with PNY!
Not the cheapest RTX 4080 out there but it's one of the shortest at 331.8mm and one of the quietest at 26.1 db. Only this and the MSI Ventus 2x and the FE version will fit in my Torrent Compact case with the dual front fans (330mm max - verified to fit - see redit posts).
Personally I see this dropping below $1600 within the next month. Got one anyway, didn't think the MSI version was any better (low tier version).

If anyone has doubts of PNY, let me be your guinea pig. Also, they've only recently been doing more consumer GFX, PNY normally do the workstation versions.

Fwiw my PNY 3080 has been rock solid, runs cool and quiet no issues. Sample size of 1 I know, but I would happily buy a PNY card again.
