      Managed to bag several myself but now the fun starts…..🤯

      Trying to keep track of all the ones you've swapped, the ones not swapped, what shop gift cards you swapped them to,
      then which shop gift cards you've used and which still have money left on.

      Sometimes I wonder if these Prezzee, TCN, True Rewards etc "gift cards to swap to shop gift cards" are worth all the effort to save a few bucks 😫

        Yes, the Swappable eGC is its own asset (and free cash if the buyer or recipient never uses it).

          Exactly Neoika….I'm sure I've got a few not fully swapped or shop gift cards with money still on them, but I can't be arsed to find and go all through the original emails to check the balances.

            @alidli: Prezzee is much better than others as it provides one wallet to hold all of them. The others are not. I would say they intentionally not provide it as scraps and pieces are hard to find.

              Can you put all the cards from different emails into one wallet though, as I used several emails to get round the one per person limit (didn't want to risk having any cancelled by buying them all through the same address)?

                  @supervvvvv: I manage all gift card purchase and spend/balance using a Excel spreadsheet.
                  I know it's old school, but I find it easy to track purchase from different sites like CR, SB, Prezzee etc.
                  Put a entry for each gift card purchased in each row with all details, bit of effort but best way for me to track.

      I pay using a normal big 4 bank credit card and not the famed Coles online credit card.

      I don't trust CBA anymore, they will refer to T&Cs, and they deem gift cards as cash advance. I had it last time with giftz.com.au (can't remember exact site anymore), and was a pain to discuss with CBA support, but finally got refunded (with the mention they would never refund similar fees again).
      And on top of that, the fees were added retrospectively (after a few days; so impossible to know if it was cash advance until a few days after the fact), and they immediately added the high interest too.
