  Kayo customer service sucks, they cancelled a gift card I paid over $200 for.
  They took weeks to sort it.

  They just refer you to an escalations team and you hear nothing back.

  Is there a difference in the quality of playback between the standard Kodi app supplied and the one you can side load on the firestick?

  I've noticed the app/tv struggles with the ball movement when watching AFL. Or would this come down to the TV being used?

  The fact this only works for NEW KAYO customers really annoys me. Especially considering only NEW signups are eligible to score Frequent Flyer points as well. Bit unrewarding for long time subscribers of Kayo.

    Update: So after discussing with KAYO support and them confirming it's only for NEW customers, they said I am welcome to sign up using a new email and mobile number, so I did; but it was a hassle finding a member of my household who hadn't already used their mobile on KAYO or BINGE.
    After discussing with my "household", we've all decided to cancel our individual memberships now and combine to use 1 Premium KAYO for 3 Individual Streams at once. Resulting in less than $9 per individual for 12 months.

        Yes, but it's stupid they make users create an entirely new account in order to link a Frequent Flyer program.
