But i dont blame her too much she said that's what her manager said and she cannot do anything about it.)On flip side never got charged on CC - the pending charge disappears automatically its not a case of full charge and then full refund.

Yep. My daughter has the same model locked to Optus and has worked fine with Coles, Catch and Amaysim.
DJ's already got you, but I'll reaffirm, Coles Mobile and Amaysim (currently using) work perfectly fine in the phone while still Optus locked.

After jumping back and forth, and going in store and all, it still wanted 80 bucks to unlock. He only paid 70 for it at Target anyway. The Optus idiots online had no idea, at all, seems if it's not an iPhone or Samsung, they don't believe the phone model exists.
I decided I'd do better to just buy a 60 buck year of Amaysim (Optus) and that's what I've got in it now lol.

Ordered 10 to my local, for pickup from 4pm (I ain't paying $5 to get a pickup earlier, ridiculous), doubt I'll get any, but hopeful.
Actually started using this as my main phone about a month back, long story, but it's quite the decent little phone. Camera is fine for the price, battery is (profanity), screen is nice, fingerprint sensor is a bit shit, but otherwise, NFC to pay works a treat too. Really good budget phone. If you can get one for a tenner I'd strongly recommend it. Boohoo, it has MicroUSB, so what.

I expect not, half the reason I did the 4pm pickup was it should allow enough time for them to cancel it lol. Save the trip.

I find it funny that it's "Limit 1 per customer" but yet it's a $50 minimum for a Click & Collect order.
I ordered 5 from a store local to me, and 5 from a store a little further just encase (It's HIGHLY doubtful either of them will be successful but you never know).
I only wanted 1 lol… I'm hoping that if either store has 1+ then they will allow me to take the 1 (or more) and refund the difference - Not sure if they will do that or simply just cancel the entire order even if they did have 1 or moreBoth orders cancelled - No surprises there lol
I had to call their Online Ordering team regarding 1 of the 2 orders because the status hadn't changed with 1 hour left before the Click & Collect time, the agent on the phone said that the payment was declined and the order was cancelled (When it was still showing as the 'Picking' stage), when I told her that the payment had been taken out of my account (No longer on pending) she tried saying that I modified the order on my end. When I told her that I hadn't modified the order she reverted back to the 'Something went wrong when processing the payment' reasoning and told me to put the order through again. Really odd experience.
Ordered 1 as part of an online order and it got cancelled - rest of the order ready though…
Got mine canned hours earlier. Got an email from them, complained back in it about this and the cancelled kids couch from the other day.
