    Ordered the wrong pizza online, clicked the wrong pizza, tried to call and they don’t even have a phone connected. They weren’t interested in helping me at all or making a new pizza without payment. Kind of appalling to not have a mechanism in place to allow customers to correct mistakes but they will cop it if they made a mistake (only if the customer can be bothered to complain)
    Not sure I can get a refund or ?
    If anyone wants a pizza near 6170 HMU

    Paypal refused to work through the cashrewards app, everytime i tried to place an order cashrewards app will go to payment and then just keep showing a processing page. In the end had to use a normal credit card which means i couldnt use Amex.

    Never choosing delivery from Pizza Hut again. It's been 1 hour and 40 minutes and it still hasn't arrived (but finally on the way…). The worst thing is they have absolutely no ETA on when it'll arrive, so you're just constantly guessing.

    The first time I paid with Paypal, I didn't get any tracking confirmation in Cashrewards or the Pizza Hut Order Confirmation page.
    So I paid again via Paypal. This morning I checked, and I have 2 Paypal emails saying "You've submitted an order in the amount…"
    It also says that Pizza Hut won't charge me til they process my order.

    Did this happen to anyone else? When my order is processed, Pizza Hut won't charge me twice right?

      If you paid again then it’ll charge you twice

      You should have at least gotten a order confirmation from PH. Did you have a PH account? Make sure you always do it’s much safer

      We all get the same email, nothing wrong here.

      I think your mistake is paying twice. How did you pay twice though I’m curious. Did you reorder?

        I was waiting for the PayPal page to process and the Pizza Hut confirmation page to appear. But the confirmation page never appeared. I checked cashrewards to see if it’s been tracked. It hadn’t. So I just clicked Pay again and went through PayPal again.

        I picked up my order this evening and in PayPal it says one order is paid for but the other is still pending in authorisation. So I should be good. Fingers crossed.
