Are there generic replacement filters available? I worry that first party only will lead to an obsolete product in a few years
Lots of stores are carrying this range at the moment. I bought 6 for my work to use last year. The filter size is 8.5 x 8.5 x 8.9 in (21.5 x 21.5 x 22.5 cm) in a drum shape. It loosely slides into the housing from the bottom so anything other filter that has the same dimension will no doubt fit.

how do you rate these air purifiers?
They work well enough. Without doing any filtration testing I'd say it's as good as any purifiers with a true HEPA filter.
Build quality is good, fan goes from whisper quiet in mode 1 to pretty loud in turbo. Machine comes with an external air quality sensor which you have to plug in separately. However if you do use it then the machine can be set in auto mode and it will adjust speed to match the air quality.
I'd recently cleaned the filter on these machines and found lots of dust in the pre-filter so it's sucking up things!

Great find OP. Been using this model since the 2019/2020 Canberra fires and it made a HUGE difference to the quality of air in my house. It completely cleared up the air inside my apartment and made the air breathable again. There is visibly a lot less dust in the air as well, and less surface dust around the open-plan living/dining area. It's very very quiet when in use unless the sensor detects pollutants and it can get pretty noisy for 15-30 seconds whilst it deals with it. I just ordered another for our new house. Highly recommended.
