After nagging TA for a gift card deal, I figured everyone would love this one! Especially since Prime Day is now confirmed! Stock up!!

This offer is limited to the first 3500 activations. If you have any issues with True Rewards' payment gateway, please call them on 1800 850 739 or email [email protected]. Don't refresh the widget after submitting payment (wait for confirmation that order is complete). Once activated, you have until 5pm AEST to complete your purchase, even if activation limit is reached. You'll no longer be able to activate the offer once the cap is reached.

      but serious, if you're using chrome it might be a plugin that it doesn't like.
      I installed Chrome Canary (android) with no plugin for things like this. But another browser without plugin might help.

      i'm having the same problem and have just checked my bank app, and can see the failed transactions coming up as 'pending' in my account. just be careful with how many times you try!!

      Yep same. Both yesterday's ebay offer & today's Amazon GC. Tried many different cards, no luck.

          I've had a few that have dropped off from my pending transaction list on one of my credit cards.
          Two other cards still have the transactions on hold though. I'm expecting them to clear by mid next week looking at comments in the past few weeks.

    I'm still waiting for my funds to be returned to different payment methods
    after the last debarcle

    I would stay away till true rewards can sort out their payment gateway

    14th till today is unacceptable imho.

    Edit -one of my 3 cards had money returned today
    Still waiting on 2 more

      The pending charges will go away eventually, between 1 day to 1.5 weeks. I had several $30 pending on 3 cards with different banks a few months ago. I rang True Rewards and the banks but they couldn't do anything and blamed each other.

      Agreed, this needs to be sorted out asap.

      Obviously it’s happening to a significant amount of users going by the amount of comments about it. Unacceptable to just say “oh contact their customer service” as if it’s an isolated issue.

    PS had some issues getting past the first screen too.. maybe was the work WiFi and or sensitive for the Google pay autocomplete stuff).

      I also faced same issue, spoke to them. Suggest you to call truerewards . Looks like some error from their side, they will fix and send GC in 24 hours.

    Mine finally works after testing it with multiple combinations. Have to use a spare phone that I have never used to buy from TrueRewards before, on Incognito Chrome. Was using the same credit card, so it shouldn't be bank/card specific.

    Not sure if this $2.20 cashback worth the risk of the $200 pending transactions though (tried approx 10x in total incl the ebay one from yday across 3 debit/credit cards). Now have to wait 1-1.5 weeks to see if they will release the hold.

    Anyone else get failures using Firefox desktop?

    @tightarse you seen this before?? I don't get charged since I haven't completed checkout. The prior time I had succeeded in purchasing, I didn't get an SMS verification from my bank, so curious if that has something to do with it.

      Nope; worked fine for me today using Firefox desktop. Does take a wee bit longer compared to before but I just leave it alone and let it do its thing

      Yep, exactly the same error with Firefox 114 on Mac. After I put in the SMS code it just says page can't be displayed. I had to use another browser. I've noticed that it has been like this for awhile.
