    I've not heard from them and have not had a cancellation advice or email.

    When I go to the link for my sale, all looks good still. Waitingly.

    • I just got a broken English apology that they had now cancelled my order due to a delivery issue and instead have offered me a coupon, I am chasing up a full refund now.

      • Coupon? lol. Yeah, I see their system here. Will be going for a bank CC return.

  • Seems that they have gone radio silent on my end as well (unless they're working through orders). I'll be heading the CC chargeback route on Monday.

  • In general, I think they kept it going to take the dollars and offer a coupon…. exactly what they have done. This has cost many people, like myself, the ability to purchase stock elsewhere.

    How many did they take money from - then cancelled - then offered a coupon?

    • Yeah, there seems to be a few of us they've done that to.

  • Got a notification mine has been shipped, no tracking number yet. I did email asking for a refund a few days ago after reading these comments. Let’s see if it actually arrives

    • I don’t want to give anyone false hope. My order was marked as shipped via the Shop app which tracks orders. I checked my spam and I got the same email offering a voucher. I’ve now contacted my bank.

    Discount code instead of any actual refund is unacceptable. I immediately emailed them to refund to my original payment method. Waiting for a reply.

  • From the comments - this appears to have happened to many consumers.

    The regulator might also have to consider if anyone who received the product was (or wasn't) mislead over the shipping costs or the discount.

    Have just put in a chargeback.

    Have e-mailed, phoned, text and used website chat - nothing - pathetic.

    Enough reports and they may look into this business.

      it says - Please wait 30 days before contacting Shopify about an order. Try contacting the store directly to discuss your order's status.

      best bet is to go to the bank

      • I selected non delivery of product and was able to submit - have already initiated a chargeback with my bank.

    • I reported them but Shopify doesn't act on reports, they merely forward complaint to seller.

    I've sent them an email twice but no response yet.

  • Bloody hell! Commonwealth Bank has just rejected my credit card dispute:

    What we found

    We looked into your dispute and found that the transaction was correctly charged in line with the
    merchant’s terms and conditions, which you agreed to at the time of the transaction. These terms and
    conditions also include the merchant’s cancellation policy, which you would have been aware of at the
    time of the transaction1. As a result, we’ve closed your dispute and won’t be able to provide a refund.

    What can you do from here?

    1. Contact the merchant and attempt to resolve it directly with them.
    2. Speak to the consumer affairs organisation in your state - they might be able to give you some
      advice. All consumer affair agencies in Australia can be found on the Australian Competition &
      Consumer Protection website. Search: Consumer protection agencies ACCC.

    The store's cancellation policy has no specific T&C regarding unfilled cancelled orders being issued store credit - which if stated would be quite an outrageous condition and probably unlawful. I'll call my bank tomorrow and report back.

    • I would go in and talk to bank manager. Also initiate a complaint, from my experience they'll probably a) fix the problem and b) as a result of the complaint give you $200ish compensation.
