      Strange, because they wouldn't pricebeat a [Amazon Prime] deal because you need to have the membership to get the deal. Don't know, just I would like to know if they are suppose to pricebeat for future deals.

  i have the 350's. If im listening on my phone and leave the house the phone losing wifi will trip a notification that tells me just this indefinitely until I reboot the cans. unbelievable oversite that is too inisignificant to address with a firmware update. lots of cmplaints online about this problem in the series… avoid.

  Bought one for WFH. They are good in in terms of voice quality but just to be aware that these are "on the ear" rather than "over the ear" headsets so it can become quite uncomfortable/painful if you wear glasses and have to attend those hour(s)-long meetings

  I switched to Sony WH-1000XM5 not long after purchased it.

  Bought a set of these from Amazon a while back as my desk headset. It seriously has one of the worst connectivity to the Sennheiser App on Android.

  I had a hard time trying to update the headset so you can control how much of your own voice you hear if using it as hands free.

  That aside, if you have a bigger head and ears (like me) these have tiny foam pads therefore not very comfortable. I ended up replacing them with larger ones from Aliexpress.

  When they work, the sound and mic are great for the price. BUT… After a couple of months, they drop out from even connecting to my devices… dont even know why.

  Went back to my XM4.

  I don't recommend these to be honest.

  Had a pair for a year or 2 now, im on to my second pair of foam cushions but other than that they have been great.
