Theyre a bit crumbly, but the best way I've found of opening these is to cut off one end with scissors, then peel apart from the middle seam.

I find it doesn't matter, because it ends up getting instantly demolished anyway
eating them right now - I open them the same way - just dont need scissors for first part use fingers to pull apart seam

i find the spread on biscuit kinda ruins the crunch.
Spread goes great on rice crackers at afternoon tea
I feel like the crumbs would go well with plain vanilla ice cream

Cheese cake frosting; it pairs well because they tend not to be very sweet, and can be a little tart, so cuts through the Biscoff.

i recently ordered an Affogato and it came with a scoop of ice cream and coffee which you pour over.
and gave me the idea today to use leftover pistachio gelato to sweeten my coffee and a fragrant note.
that's the only way im going to clear some out during this winter haha.

if its too sweet try it in a milk shake, 1 banana, ice cream, milk and ice if you like it less sweet/milky
