This happens every week during these promotions. Disappears sometime Sun-Tue, usually comes back Wed-Thu.

Everyday rewards points appear instantly right after purchases while Flybuy points take days. Why?
I just finished my 2nd week shop last night. See a record in Coles app but not any update in Flybuy app yet. The 10k bonus banner has disappeared. Maybe because I didn't reactivate? Should I continue my 3rd week shop? So slow to track Flybuy points. Take longer than any cashbacks just to track lol except Topcashback
This Coles/flybuys promotion you have to complete all the 4 weeks shops before you get awarded the flybuys points.
Everyday Rewards version of this promotion (which I have on my ER account at the moment) pays out the $10 worth of points as you complete each weeks shop.
I know the bonus points for this will be added after 4 weeks + a few days of delay.
Shopping at WW, points show at the time you pay (tho terms say up to 1-2 days). This means that you can see instantly what you get or miss. Shopping at Coles, points take a few days to show up. Is it just me?
Mine has same 10k points but spend $125 each week for four weeks on my ER account so I just skip it.
Points and transaction shows up the next day for me for flybuys.
Occasionally if I've got 2000pts on my account that is valid for a $10 off redemption, if I do another shop within 24hrs it'll let me redeem it twice as it were.
I've gone into negative points several times over the years due to this glitch. I'm negative at the moment haha.
@wavesgreen: Ohh that's interesting. I'm considering creating a new FB account to play with this, making it negative, then leaving it as it is. $10 extra saving! haha

Same to me. I can't remember if it requires reactivating each week (WW one does from memory). I am about to send an enquiry but that would take a couple of days

Cannot believe this. Had spend $170 on one shop and get 10000 points. Finish today. Looked in emails and got another one from tomorrow to Tuesday. Same. $170 spend to get 10000 points??? As I see it $50 off or around 30% if keeping around $170. What are the chances. Stock up on other items this weekend. Keep ‘em coming.
This is weird…initially mine was spend $75 or more for 4 weeks. Then around week 3 it disappeared on the app but I could see it in the receipt. Then a different offer appeared, spend $50 or more. What's this? I'm confused.

Got mine. Converted to velocity which lines up nicely with the velocity offer to win blah blah blah. Was going to convert anyway for trip next year.
Got no offer on either account. However, I have had some insane offer such as 4000 points if I spend $100 once and 1200 points if I spend $30. I prefer the points as I can use velocity for flights .
Completed the last week yesterday, however it didn't track on my receipt.. Not the first time this has happened, will call them tomorrow
Sometimes it doesn't show in your account til the Monday over weekends. Strange to hear people keep getting it not showing on their receipts though. I did my final qualifying shop yesterday too and I got the 10,000 point congratulations message on my receipt, but still not showing in my account yet of course.
Yeah bit concerned because all three of the other weeks showed on the receipt. We shall see

I got the 10,000 points credited to my account on Monday after making my final qualifying purchase on Saturday. I've already cashed in 4,000 points of it.
ahhh i think its cause i chose $50 instead of the points.. probably i need to swipe it at coles to redeem it instead
If I recall correctly the T&C of the $50 redemption is it comes off automatically the next time you spend more than $50 and scan your FB card.
People who were worrying about this deal disappearing from their account, it should show there again now.
