When is cashback ineligible?

Important Notes

I used safari browser for Topcashback purchase because it’s stored on the iPhone desktop as a bookmark shortcut icon.
However, I used Chrome to activate the Topcashback deal as that is where I browse ozbargain from, and I did the same to activate the Cashrewards deal but that Cashrewards activation was done in the morning so they spaced well apart.
Will try to remember to use different browsers to activate deal links as well in future.
