Important Notes

I bought an item for $21.59 and tracking shows the amount for $19.63 and no bonus. Does the $20 mentioned above excludes GST? Looks like it was Amazon US order but ordered through only Amazon AU, hence the prices were showing $21.59 which I didn't knew until i saw the tracking. What happens now? I won't get the bonus? Any idea?
