Not the lowest price ever, but I believe this is still a pretty good deal for the black version.

The only downside I found with the qc45 is that you have to have them in either Transparency(Aware) mode or ANC mode… No option to just have sound for some reason..

100% x 10, 700s are much more uncomfortable especially on a long flight

It’s certainly personal preference. Qc45 looks very dated, basically identical to qc35 identical to qc25. I had qc25, and have qc35. And i ordered 700 today and will chuck my qc35 in a bin.
Let alone qc45, being dated design, have the issue idrownfish mentioned above.
How they look seems like an odd thing to care about compared to comfort, sound etc

They were actually price-errored for $27.99, but I saw some people on The Markdown Addict Facebook Page manage to pick them up.
Maybe it was supposed to be $279.99
$27.99 was the sliver one. Black one was $119.99. Sliver one less stock so few people got them. Black had more qty in stock.
It was $27.99 (price error on Myer), I saw it on a post on other platform by a guy managed to get 3 units.

700s can be paired with a dongle for UC (extra $70). Mic quality noticeably improved in review videos I've seen (better than the 45s mic quality that I've heard imo)
Good potential WFH/leisure solution.

At this price, I would personally go with the Bose QC45.
