    Unfortunate model name… Putin's pushy.

      Unfortunate model name…

Khan't do much about it now…

    • -4

true, I wish they change the name

      • -2

Might be unfortunate at the moment, but imagine once the entire Russia get rid of their Soviet mentality and are true friends again in 50-200 years!

        • +1

They were headed that way, then Putler got other ideas about romanticising history.

Now he's turned his country into a hermit kingdom, and his best/youngest/brightest have fled the country… and the rest are dying by the thousand. It'll take generations to fix the mess he's made of his country.

          • -1

@UFO: I wish you had the same racist comments when war criminal USA and slave dog NATO bombed other countries in the name of democracy and freedom.
We are paying the price now with the illegal immigration even so WE send the migrants back to the sharks!

            • +2

@billadm: Come on, that is nonsense. Nothing racist there. Prejudice at best. Conflating different issues to imply morale equivalence achieves nothing its just ideological poop slinging.

              • +5

@Xizor: Yeah maybe it’s more about nation than race. Still a prejudice right? The same statements against Japan due to WW2 would be called racist simply because they’re a different race. Slavic people are maybe a different race depending on your definition. Some would say anyone white are all the same, but that sounds kind of racist when you think about saying that about south east Asians for example, even though some of them might look similar on the outside. In the end the details about race may not really be what matters. It may be more an us vs them thing. Prejudices against “them” where things “us”/we do aren’t ok when “they” do them is really the prejudice aspect.

You’d think a bicycle having absolutely zero relevance to anything of relevance here and yet the topic devolving towards prejudice is evidence that something is off in the way some people are looking at things regardless

@rhino015: @rhino015 You must be a putin bot

@mrbearski: You must be a Blair or Bush bot.

@billadm: I see whataboutists like you come to neg!

Why would you assume that if someone is against the Russian fascists, they must support US?

Please, choose your arguments carefully while supporting Putler here. His army bombs and rapes civilians and steal children. Because, you know - Russia is proud.

                      • @pizzaguy: LOL you rude guys have turned this deal in a political debate, shame on you.

        • +2

Sheepbargins from the looks. Ukraine openly said on live tv they want war with russia in 2018… a simple youtube search will clear that up. Secondly, Russia have twice asked for negotiations and peace talks within the last year… Ukraine has not. Finally 1990/91 NATO and Russia came to an agreement that NATO would not push further east… that deal has been broken, probably had to do with the collapse of the USSR… but thats speculation. End of the day is this bike any good?

          • +2

@fordleg: They even broke the Minsk agreement made by France and Germany while the nazies bombed their own Ukrainians just because they have a Russian background.
By the way, the bike is the best you can get for the money, solid frame, reliable parts, brand motor and brand battery.

            • @billadm: im on the market to buy an E-Bike.. work is about 7km away… and after a 12hr shift i need to get the boost if i have too! Cheers for the reflection of the post

              • @fordleg: It depends on how much you want to spend.
The Moscow Plus is a bit an overkill for a 7 Kms trip but you get a reliable bike.
And then you might want to use the bike during the weekend and do this and that.
The motor of this bike has plenty of torque (tanks also to the battery) considering that it's only a 250W (nominal), then you can install the off road kit so after your shift you can just sit and use the throttle.
But if you want to go cheap, you can buy a 26" bike for around $1,000 like those from Aldi, eBay and Marketplace but be ware that the battery might only last one year.

    • +2

      Comedians, and jv

      • For once I thinks he's on a roll haha

    • you must be fun at parties

    • -1

Indeed uneducated comedians, they cheered when war criminal USA & NATO murdered million of innocent people in the name of democracy and freedom.

      • +4

So your defense of Putin's war crimes is that others have done it in the past, so its ok now?
Whataboutism defence is pathetic. Wrong is wrong. No one is defending US poor behaviour in history. But in the same way you are condemning them is the same way Putin will be condemned in the future. He's committing war crimes!

        • +3

Where in the posters sentence was he defending 'Putins war crimes'? I think he is pointing out the fact that you burst into emotional outrage at the mere mention of a city in Russia, in an oz bargain bicycle deal. Did you just want to fart the words 'whataboutism defence' out? Embarrassing.

          • +1

@mrbearski: Lol yeah imagine someone replying to a “Tokyo edition” object bringing up WW2 making racist claims against Japanese people who have nothing to do with what happened then. It’s the same kind of mindset that allowed internment camps in the west. Yet we still see it here and now today

        • -1

The genocide in Crimea lead to the war in the first place. Look up the videos of Ukrainian nazis beating up old people, throwing people off buildings, setting people on fire and many other atrocities. It's only evil if Russians do something, not when Nato does the same thing

        • +1

Did you read the comment you’re replying to?
Condemning the atrocities of the other guys is certainly not excusing those of these guys, it’s a condemnation of both with the addition of the highlighting of hypocrisy. Making people realise their biases in allowing these things to happen under one guise and not another is EXACTLY the way to stop it happening in future. There’s always a way of spinning these things. We need to see clearly how one excuse is just the same as another and should be treated the same way. Otherwise biases allow these things to repeatedly happen

It's such a pity you've been so lazy with the website - I've had to google the name of some of the bikes you offer and look at competitor pages so I can see better descriptions, specifications, manuals etc.

Maybe I'm wrong but given you're advertising online I imagine it is a somewhat decent part of your business - maybe put some effort into making it useful for potential customers.

  • The absolute best electric bike for the price.
Sadly I paid $2,200 for it but I'm still happy.

    • +1

I mean the cube reaction 400's were going for 2299 recently and could be had for 2100 with a chat to staff and those are bosch batteries and motors, would argue that would be the best electric bike for the price

      • +1

        Could doesn't mean I can, Cube 400 $3,000: https://www.99bikes.com.au/cube22-reaction-hybrid-performanc…
Indeed a better bike but on another price level so your comparison hardly makes any sense.
By the way, Bosch use the same cells brand that you find in a Moscow Plus, the only difference is that the Bosch one costs more than $1,200, talking about value for the money…….

      • When and where were they going for that price? Always have seen them around the $3000 mark. No comparison at all to the Moscow Plus which is an awesome bike for the price.

  • The battery itself worth $650
    Pretty good deal on this

    • A battery made with brand cells…….

      • What does that mean?

        • Start looking at the bikes' specifications, some manufacturers state that the batteries have brand cells such as LG, Samsung while others don't say anything which means they use generic (also called Chinese) low quality cells.
NCM use brand cells for some bike models but for some other model bicycles they use another manufacturer which is not Samsung nor LG but they are still good cells.
Same other big bicycle brands which mount Bosch motors or some others they still use brand cells, I'm not sure about Bafang systems.

  • Weight: 28/29 kg.

  • redemption form for battery says only available if bought from leon cycles or ncm direct? will this be honoured if bought from move?

  • Hey OP, any deals on the Milano Plus?
