I was looking at these as well as the Sabrent whilst they were on "special" on prime day. I decided against them as they are QLCs and may suffer from endurance issues. I am considering the Team MP34 instead, which is currently selling for $289 from Centrecom as well as some other online computer stores. They are TLC and should have more endurance as opposed to the crucial? Anybody who knows more, can you please recommend?

    • Agreed the Team MP34 is the better deal.

I procrastinated two weeks ago when a few stores had them at $266 and when I came to buy the prices had gone back up, such is life. In the end I got a few from Scorptec this week for $289 after waiting to see what Amazon prime deals had to offer and not seeing anything that looked good.

I think the Sabrent one is TLC as well, with 6820TBW endurance, but the price went up since the prime deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/786835.

      MP34 is also good.

  • Waiting this to go under $250 so I can buy with $250 Coles gifecard

I might have missed it but how do you use the coles giftcard to buy this?

      • This deal. Basically it is a prepaid MasterCard.

        • Ah sweet. Sounds like a good deal, I should look out for deals like that in future. Thanks!

  • Thanks OP. Had bought this on the prime deal at $268.79. Fortunately it wasn't shipped yet, so cancelled it and got this one, saved $6. You can't trust the prime deals anymore.
