This will explain it all. Basically, the 20% off seems to be sporadic. Sometimes it is only 10%. You need to find a Coles with a Liquorland next to it and use the actual Coles website to make the purchase. Alcohol appears as one of the categories there.Cheers, will try that next time.

Bought carton of beer and Moet champagne. The champagne did not track. Looking at the T&C, normal champagne should be included. I have raised a ticket with CR, hopefully they will amend the cashback.
I just bought some champagne as part of the order and got the CW on the full amount.
They have a deal for 2xDimple 12yo for $100. Adding on the $5 cashback @stingyAF mentions above, that brings it to ~$36.71 a bottle.
The only cheaper you could find is maybe the Aldi Highland Earl @$34.99 a bottle. And the Dimple 12yo is a bit nicer 😉
What are 2–3 other whiskies you've tried that are on about the same level as the Dimple 12?
Firstly, this reflects my personal preference/taste, so may not suit everyone.
Most of the 12yo blended whiskys are about that same level. Single malt whisky's are a level or two above.
For blended whisky, Famous Grouse 12yo, Chivas Regal 12yo, Dewars 12yo. The Ballantine's 12yo for $50 at FCL is around this too. I probably would have grabbed one of those, except I prefer Dimple.
For something a little different, I also like a couple of the Irish whiskeys and will choose them over some 12yo blended scotch. They aren't aged, but they are triple distilled and get a little complexity going. Tullamore Dew and Bushmills original (white label, not a fan of Black Bush) are my favourites
Another one I enjoyed was Crown Royal Canadian Whisky. Seems to have more of a bourbon thing going on, which isn't really for me, but it was something different.

Thanks for sharing! My most recent bottles have all been scotch so I might go with Irish whiskey this time. (Speaking of Chivas 12, I tried it very early on in my whisky journey and did not find it to my liking. I've yet to try it since but I'm curious what I think of it now. Not curious enough to buy a new bottle though!)
@Etherkai: FWIW, the last bottle of Chivas I got I was disappointed. It was missing the woody/smokey that I liked about it. I even wandered around looking at some reviews, and saw some comments about possible quality control issues, but it's the internet, who knows how valid the sources were, and maybe my taste has altered… Also, it wasn't bad, just not what I had remembered and expected.
If you don't want to shell out for a full bottle, you can get smaller bottles of Chivas - down to a 50ml at Dan's, FCL etc. It's expensive $/ml, but cheaper than spending more for a full bottle that you don't enjoy. Or you can get it at many pubs/clubs etc. Will cost more, but still less than a bottle.
One thing I like to do is compare 'side by side'. So I usually don't finish a bottle completely. When it's getting close to done, I open the next bottle, and alternate having one of each. I find it helps me decide what I like, what I don't like etc. Best to do when you have a fresh palate and haven't had a couple 😉

They refund quickly. It’s by head office not store. It’s very annoying. I think Wednesday is too long.

It is 5 days so you should just be ok, especially if you order after closing time.
They send an sms to warn you of the cancellation.
One store near me lets me extend by a day or two, another tells me the cancellation is automatic in their system and they won't extend.
These guys regularly have very good cashback offers. Took advantage of one recently so can't really justify going for this one!

Anyone know how long it takes for cashrewards to track? In past I've usually gotten an email in an hour or so after odreding ordered today 1230pm now 5pm and still no email and still not showing in cr website tracker, only showing clicked

Hasn’t tracked for me either, but a few days ago it took around 36 hours for my Amazon orders to track, so give it a wide berth

mine tracked quickly, but my husband can't get any payment method to work, they are all rejected for some reason after doing the order….tried flypay, cc direct using a different card, and paypal, nothing is working through FC. Have asked if there is an issue with his account, but they just say check with card issuer…..except it isn't their fault. This is the second time this has happened to him. Not sure wtf is going on. I use the same cards or payment methods without an issue. All his have tracked, but no order is actually processed.
