Their customer service really is non existent. Have emailed them 4 times over the past month and no response has been received.
What other alternatives are there for cheaper off peak charging?
It takes a few days for them to respond to messages/emails unfortunately. I think they've been overwhelmed by the uptake of their EV & solar plans… Once you're up and running one doesn't usually need to communicate with one's energy retailer so I'm content with slower response times.
