  It takes a kid or a youth almost 1 hour walking to get rid of 6 teaspoons of sugar, let alone they also eat chocolate, chips and ice screen etc…no wonder there are many over weight people in Australia.

  These blended juices are mostly just a small % of reconstituted juice topped up with water and sugar..

  Stick to the straight juices like orange juice or pineapple juice which are usually closer to (if not) 100% natural juice.
