[NSW] $40 Limited View Ticket + $6.90 Fee - KISS: The Final Curtain Tour, Oct 7, Sydney Accor Stadium, Olympic Park @ Ticketek

90

Not sure if anyone posted this but noticed they are doing $40 tickets to the KISS concert in Sydney as well as $65 Tickets with a souvenir. Supposedly its their last show but hundreds of artists have had farewell tours only to rise again and come back to Australia only years later.

With special guests Weezer, Regurgitator and The Delta Riggs too… so I guess the $40 ticket price offsets the $7.50 Cornetto Ice cream I purchased last time I was watching the footy over there.

Special ticket price for restricted views in seating sections 610, 624 & 625.

  • KISS - The Final Curtin Tour

    Sounds like a tribute act

  • Decent support (and main) acts for a $40 ticket!

    • Agreed, good to see Regurgitator and The Delta Riggs still going.

    price is for 1 song.

they are so old that they are going to be out of breath mid way through the 1st song.

    • Half the band are not even the original band members
No Ace Frehley or Peter Criss those were the days i remember

    • Don't worry, Gene claimed that he invented breath and he has already trademarked it.

I'd go to this gig if the limited view guaranteed that I wouldn't get to see Gene the whole time.

        • Gene ‘therapy’ Simmons

dont forget the $1600 Airline ticket for WA residents… :-P

I.. wanna rock and roll for approximately 1/8th the night,
And party in about 4 days.

  • What’s the souvenir?

  • This deal's been going for a few weeks now. They are restricted view seats so all the best seats are probably gone by now. But if you want to go for the atmosphere and watch the video screens instead then why not.

  • Thanks OP!

  • Believe they have been doing final tour for over 20 years

    so you go figure!

    • They are old and move slow

  • I went to their show last year at Accor Stadium - the acoustics were atrocious , Gene's Bass guitar had so much distortion for the first two songs it sounded like absolute crap - the subs where hitting the physical limit of the throw and distorted terribly. The mixing guy made zero changes, then on the third tune he turned it down so no distortion, then a few songs later up it went again and more shit distortion. I'd never go again ..

Bought one of these tickets for myself a couple months ago. Got the cheapest flight I could (50 odd bucks I believe) from Melbourne. So I'm flying up on the day of the concert, then flying back next morning. All in all the money spent was pretty well the same as each ticket we got in the cheap seats of Blink-182 so I figured why not.

Go for Weezer and Regurgitator and then leave early and beat the traffic.

    • No Kiss on the cheek before you leave Smigit?
