    • -1

This one is physically a lot smaller (see 4th image with canister for scale) so a bit apples to oranges in comparison!

      • so its alot weaker too then???

Thought it was some sort of new Tube Amp design by the picture

Why is it posted as a bargain ?

    • if it is not bargain, you can neg the post ,cant you ?

      • -7

        yes you can.

    • The graph is a little strange as it is a flat line at $65 pre June 2023 - perhaps it was always that price then shot up more recently

      • -1

The graph is a little strange as it is a flat line at $65 pre June 2023

That means the price stayed the same during that period.

        • yes must have been absolutely the same price for months - usually amazon stuff does fluctuate a bit

    • +2

Can confirm, I bought one a few months ago for around $65

  • +2

Bought around a month ago for $67 from Amazon JP. Really solid and windproof but keep in mind it's not great for home use and it's really high and designed to withstand a lot of weight.

    • +1

Oh wait you were able to buy it @ $67? - right OK there must have been some weird recent price spike.
Sorry OP I wont neg but this doesn't look like any kind of bargain

      • Nah might have been 2 months now, but prices have been going up overtime. Might drop a bit but I doubt it'll get back to that low.

      • +2

Looks like it was $65 for many months up until june when the price was increased to $97- https://au.camelcamelcamel.com/product/B09HGDZPNG

  • What's the btu output?

    • -1

A measure of the heat content of fuels or energy sources.
One Btu is the quantity of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of liquid water by 1° Fahrenheit (F) at the temperature that water has its greatest density

  • looks cool but too bulky compare to the 'normal' ones

  • +1

All the asians thinking - hotpot for one person?

  • Be aware that the gas can used in the photos of this is not the one made to fit within this stove - that's why the cover isn't on. You'd have to disconnect that can for the stove to fit in its carry case. Are you able to buy the smaller butane cans here? The stove listed above at bigw is much more common and does use that bigger can. Here's a picture of the right size gas can: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/9a/9d/3d/9a9d3d7a99b3f2d7c6a8…

    • Apparently you shouldn't store the cans inside the stove when not in use.

  • if anything, i want Stove be as low as possible to be safer. this one seems rather tall despite it is smaller footprint.
