    Yeah, i've just gone through the same thing with them. Ordered a blitzwolf desk when they were on sale. Didn't ship out for AGES! After doing countless live chats with them and them saying "it will be shipped within 48hrs, it will be shipped in 48hrs"…… 2months later, still getting the same message! Asked to speak with someone on the phone, they said they'd check what's going on. Get a email the next day saying here's a refund, we've sold out an not getting any more. Pretty pissed off with them!

  Is there a rep here? I got two keyboards and one of them is faulty but the support is useless. Do I need to file a chargeback?
