Cashback is eligible only on NordVPN plans, and not on any up-sold products such as NordPass & NordLocker.

Cashback may be ineligible if using codes not listed on Cashrewards, and ineligible on any payments made with Crypto currency.

Cashback is calculated and paid on the advertised cost of the plan only. It will not include any GST, taxes, credit card or PayPal surcharges.

The amount that tracks to your Cashrewards account may differ to the paid amount due to international exchange rates. Your initial payment is converted to USD, then converted back to AUD when reported to us. The advertised cashback rate is based on the reported amount, not the paid amount. Cashrewards has no control over this process.

    Hey guys, and thanks for posting this deal @HamBoi69. Will drop these handy tips here, as they’ve helped many buyers previously. Have a great weekend :)

    A new customer is defined by NordVPN, and nothing to do with your Cashrewards account. Simply use a new email address at their end, the same Cashrewards account as always, and you're good to go.

    Click 'Shop Now' or 'Shop Offer' and buy - don't click away to other sites looking for codes and don't use any 3rd party plugins. Best to use the Cashrewards mobile app on 4G/5G as this eliminates potential issues with WiFi/router firewalls etc. Tracking for NordVPN typically takes 1-4 hours.

    All plans (discounted or not, excluding upsold products) are eligible for 95% cashback (2-year, 1-year, monthly). Remove up-sold products such as NordPass & NordLocker as they are ineligible for cashback. So unless you really need or want the extras, best option (IMHO) is to simply choose one of the Standard plans and not Plus or Complete.

    A tip from comments in previous posts is to select a country with no GST to save further at checkout as GST is ineligible for cashback. Pay with a card that does not charge overseas transaction fees.

      I bought the wrong plan, and requested Nord to cancel. And then, bought another (correct) plan under the wife's email. The first purchase (incorrect plan) tracked within 4 hours, but the second purchase did not after 24 hours. Was sure Cash Rewards was activated for both.

      What are my options?

      Would a claim with Cash Rewards likely to be successful? or am I better off to cancel the second purchase, and then make a third one?

        Why risk lodging a claim, as then you’re at the mercy of Nord’s analytics to determine attribution. I’d cancel, then use the CR app as suggested in the tips. Let us know how it goes. Cheers :)

    So I can buy a 'Complete' 2-year plan, annual payment for $144.94 USD and get 95% cashback? Although if I can, I suspect there might be some 'issues' with it tracking back judging by the last few threads.

          Also worth noting, in the past I used cashback on one of the upsold plans and only received cashback equivalent to the standard plan; the extra I paid full price for. I did get a refund, but cashrewards clearly showed I was not getting the full 95% on the upsold plan.

      I got the 2 yr sub through the last deal. Initial payment was AU$141.98 and I received $120.32 cashback. The cashback took about 7 weeks (from memory it specified up to 9 weeks during the sign up process) so if you're OK with that time frame it definitely represents a good deal.

          Standard plan for 2 years, with Bangladesh chosen (no tax) works out to be $83.76USD, which is about $127.49 right now. 95% of it back will be about $121.

      Hey mate, it's really hit and miss when VPNing to Australia from overseas. I was in Thailand earlier this year and it took quite a few refreshes to different servers before the stream would start. Sometimes even the same server wouldn't work later. It is painful, but does work sometimes - in my experience anyway.

        Hi. If it didn't track from 2 weeks ago, it's definitely not going to track now. Your options are (1) to lodge a cashback claim or (2) cancel and re-buy by following my tips in the pinned comment of this post. I would personally be cancelling as you're still well within your 30-day refund period rather than risk NordVPN declining the claim. The fact it didn't track to start with likely means last-click attribution & commission has gone to another partner. Hope this helps. Thanks.

          Please follow my tips at the top of the post. The decline may have been from an unsuccessful untracked cashback claim, rather than from a tracked order. The beauty of this deal is that if it doesn't track within 4 hours or so, just cancel within 30 days for a full refund from NordVPN :)

      You don't need a VPN to sign up. But if you've been a previous Nord customer, you simply use another email address with the same name/payment details.

    I had accidentally bought the complete plan with the extras and that successfully tracked.

    I cancelled the plan and will receive a refund from Nord.

    I rebought nordvpn basic with a new email (same cashrewards account). It has been 4 hours and is yet to track. Am I doomed here or will it track later?

    Found a small trick that may save several dollars: use Chrome Incognito and you will get the price of $83.76, but if use the normal browser window, it got 51% off standard plan at $95.76, but it's 1.5 hour after purchase and still not tracked yet. probably check again tomorrow

      What i'm thinking is 83.76 is the real price, with 95.76 being the negotiated fake price to run with this cashrewards deal. So it probably won't track.
      I haven't seen a fake Cashrewards price like this before, we will have to be more vigilant in the future

        Hi. You’d be incorrect. No such thing as a negotiated ‘fake’ price (or any price for that matter). In fact what I see when tapping via the Cashrewards app is $83.76 (not $95.76) for the standard 2 year plan (screenshot here). If you see my tips at the top of the post, I recommend using the CR app. Hope this helps. Thanks.

          From CR on desktop using Firefox the price was USD95.76. Changed to Chrome and the price was USD83.76.

          Any idea why the price is different in Firefox and Chrome?

        It's tracked and looks good for me, at least for now. For tracking purchases, CR is better than SB, in my personal experience.

      Has this been confirmed and if so is there another option? I tried with both Bangladesh and US (California) and both times it said my payment was unsuccessful. I'm using a uBank debit card to avoid international fees and this card has worked for international payments in the past.
