    Just got back from Europe today and I unfortunately have to say that your plans don't seem that well priced.
    This is likely the same plan you sell (it's what I used and it's done through drei.at) at just over half the price:

    I only looked for esims as that's what I used in Europe (so much better when travelling, IMHO), but given you've listed this as a bargain above, I will have to disagree, sorry.

      Thanks for sending this through; that's a well-priced eSIM for 20AUD, good find.

      This is not the same product as ours, however. Our 10GB eSIM is directly from O2 Czech. Mobimatter seems to be using a different provider than us.

      I am unable to comment on the quality of their service and data speeds, so it is best to take a look at some reviews before purchasing!

      Looking at the 30GB on the mobimatter website, it used Bouygues Telecom like simsdirect however simsdirect at $56.25 is cheaper as mobimatter is USD$40.99 or around $62.25

          The old 3UK Europe SIMs will still work. They are actually a bit easier to use too as they don't need an activation date, just insert it and the 30 days will begin as soon as it connects to a network.

      Hi Aidan,

      Same like @powerhead below, I've ordered a UK/Europe sim from you back in 2019/2020, and I hav a couple of questions:

      1. Will the SIM still work? From memory it has no expiry, so hope it is okay
      2. I bought another sim for just in case, but now it asks for activation date, I cant recall if I provided activation date back then, but I've sent an email with the new date
      3. I definitely paid more than this sale, just wondering if the difference will be refundable?

          There is no expiry date on the 12GB and 10GB Europe SIMs.

          There is no Expiry on the UK SIMs.

        1. Yes, it will still work; that SIM has no expiry.

        2. The old 3UK Europe SIMs do not require an activation date. The new ones do due to 3UK changing its systems.

        3. I cannot honour a refund for the difference back then. The product has changed and the cost price has changed for us since then too.

    Hey guys. Just back from 7 weeks in Europe…..Spain, Portugal, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Greece. All I can say is that the 2 sims used over that time due to the duration of the trip were awesome……..except for Montenegro! Nothing worked in Montenegro but that was only 24 hours so no major drama. Your sims have never let us down….except for Montenegro, so keep up the great work! Keep on doing what you are doing and we will keep using you guys!

    Great sims, used one for Japan in April, and just got back from Central America and Italy where I used the other. Very handy indeed.

    Only catch was it didn't work in Mexico (which has free wifi throughout the city anyway) or Cuba (but Cuba won't let any other phone network work anyway).

      If you have eSIM enabled, I'd suggest getting 3 of the 30GB eSIMs and using them one after the other.

      They all have different network providers they use.

      If you are wanting the most reliable networks, I would go with our 15GB or 30GB Bouygues Telecom eSIMs as they are a French Telecom and roam reliably in Belgium.

      Otherwise, the 12GB or 10GB Europe and UK physical SIMs are reliable for both those countries too.

    Highly, highly, highly DON'T recommend anyone buy these Sims. Arrived in Europe on Friday and was unable to get in touch with anyone at SimsDirect to fix their issues with activating my Sim card. The website and the OP say their support is good, but let me tell you that they respond every other day to your messages and refuse to take any responsibility for their stuff ups. If you don't want to spend the first week of your holiday trying to get your Sim cards working then I highly suggest looking elsewhere, even if the prices are cheap…

    @Aiden my order number is 95498, so if your support channels are finally willing to respond to any of the messages Ive sent since Friday, I would love to hear from you…

      Just for some clarity, the date you selected for activation was the 4th of August, and in your emails, I can see that you landed on the 3rd - that is why the SIMs would not have worked when you landed.

    I purchased a sim last year in Sep 2022 and realised the sim I got was expired as shown on it, and after speaking with Ana via email, Ana agreed to refund for the sim.

    I purchased a new sim, and returned the old from last years order. Since then I have sent several emails, fb messages and even private msg here but all are being ignored ? I would appreciate if someone can assist in my refund.

    Up until the sim being returned, I had prompt great communication….

      If the eSIM is linked to a phone (AKA you've already installed it onto your device), you cannot transfer it to another device as it becomes locked to your EID and IMEI numbers.

      If you have the QR code in your email (you haven't installed it) you can use it on any device.

      There is no expiry date on that eSIM, you can purchase now and activate it later :)

      The Europe 10GB and 12GB SIM works in Singapore but not the other countries, unfortunately.

      We'll be working on bringing more eSIMs to cover more countries very soon!

    Czech O2 is network in Europe. I found it very annoying as it would drop out periodically and you'd have to wait for it to kick back in. While it was working reception and speeds were reasonable. I asked what the network were and they didn't reply prior to purchase. They should be upfront about it.

    Previous SimsDirect customer for UK/Europe sims, and they worked flawlessly - have ordered more for our next trip.

    Q: The UK/Europe sims state they will roam in the US…do these work as data-only sims there, as calls/texts are definitely out?

    Have used them in 2019 for a trip to Europe. Everything worked beautifully across 4 countries. Couldn’t fault them. Will buy again - waiting for the next USA sale, heading there in 2 months 😉
