Support for this is non existent. Was the slowest VPN out of Nord PIA and HMA in Australia for me.
For me, support via live chat and email was great. It was a few years ago, though, as I did a long renewal last time. Regarding speed comparisons, I don't know / care much about top speeds personally, due to my use case which is not streaming / downloading, but just browsing through dedicated overseas IP.
I signed up a few months ago and contacted them maybe 3 or 4 times to sort out a few different things (mostly billing carry over from me deciding to switch plan and cancel one) and they were always incredibly responsive, generally within the hour. I found their support excellent in my case.
Speeds weren’t bad either, although another vpn I tried was quicker when I did some speed test.
Same support has been amazing. I recently contacted them to sort out an issue with port forwarding and they always replied within an hour.
