This is pretty much pre-made cordial.. Not even worth $0.15c for the liquid… the packaging is what costs money.
I guess its good to mix with Korean Soju to make a quick drink
I'd surmise it's actually the profit margins (manufacturer, distributer , retailer) that constitute the majority of the cost.

yes it is really strange how Amazon put caps on their customers - yes usually 6 maximum of any one item for one week

That was the price at Coles last week. The local one was out of stock, so I got a rain check that allows me to get the same price for the next couple of weeks. I happened to be near another Coles a couple of days later, so bought some there and will hold on to the rain check for the next grocery run.
