    I have 2 missing transactions from last time same deal First Choice Liquor: 20% Cashback and got rejected after almost 2months which I ordered 3 times within 5 mins,the lowest amount of purchase tracked,loged the missing case,leave common like this on ozbargain,their staff ask me to PM and I PMed,still nothing got fix,so better luck use shopback.

        he will get back eventually, polite but they dont do anything. they just keep asking you to wait in the hopes you will forget. Atleast if cashrewards make a mistake you upload the invoice and they clear it.

      Same, my last Shop back liquorland cash back was rejected after I lodged a claim with receipt number etc.
      Looks like a more common issue recently, won't be using SB until things improve. Interesting the Rep has been MIA recently as well

        I have checked my account and confirmed only received $10 on $107 purchase. Be aware guys shopback is hopeless. its a SCAM. I Repeat its a SCAM.

      This happens sometimes.. Just wait for 24 hours and you will see the whole thing tracked. If not, then reach to them.

        Good to know that here's another bug out there and that the cashback amount is eventually corrected.

        Personally, I did three consecutive orders just before 19:00 AWST and received the tracking email at 23:30, though it only showed the second transaction (with the correct cashback value). When I checked my account the next day all three purchases were there with the correct amounts.
