Line at the Brookfield Place store today at midday was spilling out of the store and halfway around the corner, so I'd recommend not going at 12!!! I've heard of 40 minute waits at lunchtime… I'll be trying to get there early! :)
I was there just after 12pm on Tuesday and waited 30 mins for my order. To their credit the store manager and staff were working their arses off and keeping cool under immense pressure.
Has anyone called to verify if the offer is genuine? The phone number rings out.

Reading the fine print… "Eat in only". I'm imagining one table with one stool and a subsequent riot.
2 for 1 voucher quoted above from Brookfield store also said eat in only but with the overwhelming response they were still allowing take away orders when I went on Tuesday.
They said we had to eat in when I went yesterday

I will try this one first - if it doesn't work out I'll go down to Brookfield Plaza and use the 2 for 1.They did it pretty well, we lined up about 10:50 and it wasn't too long at that time. Got into the shop about 11:05, got our burgers by 11:10, finished and out the door by 11:20.

Yeah we rocked up at about 11. Already a huge line, but it moved fast enough. Was pretty impressed with how organised they were!
extremely well organised and very efficient/friendly service. i only had to queue for about 20 minutes and i was there at 11. i couldn't see where the line finished when i made it to the front door lol.
no riots; everyone seemed to co-operate with sharing tables and seating arrangements. thanks Grill'd! :)

I saw a pic of the line before we left (have to take lunch at 1) so just headed for Brookfield Plaza for the 2 for 1 deal instead.
Brookfield Plaza had about a 5 min wait to order, about 25 min wait for food. Had to wait to snag a table but got one pretty quickly.
Food was good - pretty happy.Food was amazing. Thanks for the deal!
