        It's more that I just want to go in and tap my card. Im not too fussed about an additional app in general (I can just delete if needed). I had to order KFC last week on the app. Walked in, the staff member said "Order for XX". Yes, that's me. End of transaction. It dehumanises the experience.

    Last time I went to oportos they had there kpi written on a whiteboard next to drive thru window. Apparently 2.6k a day is the goal for a week day.

      They gave us 3 large tray boxes of chips, don't know if it was a mistake or if that's their portion for family size.
      Quite happy with the amount of chips we got.

    I only found out recently that Red Rooster, Oporto, Chicken Treat, The Cheesecake Shopt and Rex Airlines are all the same Chinese owned company. I'd happily eat some cheesecake and Oporto on my Rex flight.

      I guess experiences differ, my wife and family loved the chicken, this was the first time that we had it, they all said it was so moist and tender.

    Just left Oporto in Springvale VIC, 15+ people standing at the front counter waiting for their chicken and chips deal. The staffs looked depressed lmao

      I was in the same shop and found many OzBs there! Had to wait so long but really felt really bad for the staff there who had to deal with a lot of angry men. Wasn't a good time.. food was great but Oporto shouldn't put their staff through that

    Oporto failing their staff big time. We waited 40 minutes, staff were absolutely smashed and unprepared for this "Thursday special". Chicken was tough and undercooked inside. I'm not going to bother with this offer another time.

    Went to pick up at 1745.
    Was told 40 minute wait as too many chicken orders.
    Went back at 1830.
    Got order at 1850 with 1 chicken breast, 2 legs and 1 amputated leg piece.
    Could see the staff at grill raising concern that don’t have the full chicken to match the order. The other staff inc manager said should be ok and just pack it.

    My chips were cold, but the chicken was so good.

    Never had it before, and like someone else said I'll most likely get it again some time.

    I got the spiciest sauce and they were surprisingly very spicy. Chicken was pretty good too but chips were lukewarm. Ordered and pick up within 10 minutes. 7.5/10 would order again.
