    I ate the whole chicken. Not bad at all.

    I used to get the bondi burger at oporto but the chicken is way better. wtf.

    Chicken was juicy and great.
    Oporto staff were hammered with orders.
    I waited an hour for my order, some dude took my order by mistake.
    Felt sorry for staff but surprisingly worth the wait.

    Had it last night with my son, ordered online (their app is rubbish), slide to the right to start cooking, got there 5 mins away and picked up no wait. Ate, delicious. You only get the chicken and chips. Chips is a good size, not small.

    Was a TERRIBLE experience. Firstly the app is the WORST app I think I've ever used…then I waited close to ONE HOUR for my order, I asked how much longer it would be and the poor staff member had no idea she said it could be 30 mins or an hour she didn't know, so I just left.

    Have lodged a complaint to get my money back…what a complete shambles it was.

    I had to wait 30 minutes for my chicken, when I went back to pick it up the person in front of me got told an hour wait. Shit show but delicious

        When I tried ordering online via website it says sold out, but if ordering for pick up at Heathwood was fine. Sad though… sold out at 6:15 pm when I checked.

    Set an order time for 5.12pm. I arrived and at the drive thru the lady on speaker said to go to the next window. I waited 30 minutes in line and at 5.50pm was told that I needed to wait another 55 MINUTES for my order. When asked why, they said its because they only just received their chicken stock. They wrote my name down and now I am waiting for my meal that was meant to be done 1 hour ago now.

        7.20pm. 2 hours after the time of pick up was. It was frustrating because when I arrived 1 hour later after putting my name down it still was not ready. There were a bunch of people asking for refunds. One person who came later than me cancelled his order on the app BUT then got his chicken straight afterward regardless because they just finished it. I wrote a negative feedback message on their website and all I got was an apology call that was basically giving me excuses for what happened that day.

    I have tried to get this on the app for 3 weeks running and it says it cannot accept my card every time. There’s nothing wrong with the card. Anybody else having this trouble or a solution that’s worked for them?

      Have you tried a different card? No issues on my end.

      You can also try buying from web browser instead of app. Both works for me.

        Thanks man, different card worked. Have not had the issue with any other site, unsure why Oporto didn’t like my card. Thanks for your help.
