I posted one of these a while ago from a site that had super slow shipping. This has now become available on Amazon for a slightly cheaper price than before.

Unlike the My Little Lamb swing which is found in Australia this model actually comes with an AC adapter which is a great option considering all the others only let you use 4 x D size batteries which can become expensive. Be warned though that the AC adapter may be 110v only, so you may need to buy an Australian equivalent adapter or may just have to use batteries.

What ever happened to just holding your baby? It's amazing humanity survived in the past at all without so many fancy infant devices.

A shot of rum to settle infants tends to be frowned upon now days. As such we need to resort to less 'traditional' approaches.

It's part of evolving. Sort of like the Internet you are using now to comment.

  • These are one of the best of this style device, quality unit, the D-cells while expensive last for a long time.

Great for settling the un-settleable and giving you the 10 mins you need to do the 854 things that need doing in the evening :)

  • We have the my little lamb and it works a treat. I thought it was swinging to fast but baby passes out pretty fast, must be the G's.

Running on AC from america, if its 110v then I wouldn't bother unless you want to fork out for the transformer, the noise from it and cost arent worth it.

  • We bought one of these, they are dual voltage so they work with just a us-au power adapter. I had concerns about this so i asked our american supplier at the time, used it for a good six months without dramas. Excellent unit by the way! Was a godsend for putting bubs to sleep.
