    I sent in my S20FE to Asurion a few weeks ago, it arrived at Asurion on the 22nd of September and I still haven't heard anything from them. I did try to open a ticket with them but no response. Sigh.

    edit: Nvm, they've just added "GWO" (Good Working Order) to my trade-in. :D

    Asurion finally confirmed that the wired earphones that I sent have been successfully assessed and they'll process the $1 refund shortly. So for anyone wondering if wired earphones/headphones work as trade-in, they did in my case.

          You will need to pay back the trade in value of phone but it evens out since you used the trade in code that gives you the same amount off the phone.

          You will need to pay $60 on top of it.

      Mine was delivered on 28 Sep, and assessment email arrived on 5th Oct.

      Are you waiting for the Asurion email with label to send in your device? You can trigger that yourself from their website

          That just means the trade in code won't work after that time and you will need to initial another trade in to get a new trade in code.

    Hey guys, I've ordered my s23 about a month ago and it still says "awaiting approval". Contacted samsung support and no updates, no valid response. Just asking if there's anyone else in a similar situation and what actions you've taken. Cheers.
