    Hey guys, confused as to what the $200 code is and how to get it?
    Thus far I understand how to get $500 from trade in, $100 from chat and 10% from emails, but still not sure how to take another $200 off. Would love if somebody could help me out here.

      the $200 you are referring to is included in the $500 - see first line in this deal description :)

      the $300 trade up bonus is standard for the deal, and then the unique code some poeple got gives them an additional $200, making it $500 trade up bonus

      3 trade-in here, first two errored out at checkout and appeared "used" in the system. Sent email and submitted online enquiry form to Asurion on Friday night and I have not heard anything back either.

      I was charged twice for each trade-in, so 6 x $1 here. (Lucky I selected the headphone option). It's a nightmare chasing them up, I mainly wanted to make sure I won't be charged with a non return fee for the tradeIDs that were not really used to make an order with.

    Just wanted to clarify something. Like a lot of people here, I have traded in the "earphone/headphones' for a $1.

    There is a lot of discussion about sending bluetooth headphones in, but can we not just send some old wired earphones? I did not see it specified ( i might have missed it ) anywhere as to what sort of earphones/headphones did it have to be.

          It did not expire. The bonus code for the flip 5/fold 5 expired at midnight but the S23 $500 trade in bonus code expires on 20th.

    finally worked S23 out at @338.2,
    need to apply newsletter voucher after bonus trade-in discount. the the proper order (in my case) is 10% -> $100 -> $200 (extra trade-in) -> $50 (newsletter).
    10% got via the phone call (no responding from email)
    $100 got via online chat (easiest one)
    extra trade-in via workmate sharing
    newsletter (online sign up)
    trade in a $1 headphone

    i didnt get the targetted $500 off code but S23+ 256gb ended up being $808 after all the discounts
    pretty good considering it was $900 with all the discounts last week

    10% off + trade in $300 bonus + 100$ live chat voucher + $50 newsletter

    plus stack with samsung reward points for further discount
    ends up being $782 for me

    then resale my old device directly instead of taking the shitty trade in offer or dealing with ausiron

    if u had the $500 voucher you couldve gotten it for $608 but cant complain

          It doesn't cost $50-70 to manufacture a case. But hey, if you feel like you want to pay that much go for it.

            @slam: that's fair, if they feel sturdy and give you confidence that your phone is in safe hands, that's all that matters! I've been burned by cheaper cases in years past and when I finally landed on the sweet spot of around 40-60 AUD for reliable/durable cases like some of the spigen armour ones, i wouldnt go back. personal preference i guess :)

              But I'll provide a different perspective.

              I got a Samsung S20 FE 5g, I bought the original see through samsung case for $40. It had the clip at the back to make it stand up for watching content. To be honest the clip keeps falling off and wasnt sturdy. The plastic was good, after 3years it never yellowed. In terms of screen protector on the S20 FE, it came with one, nothing to really complain about.

              Now these 2 items I have linked. Ill start with the screen protector. After applying, it was highly similar if not the same as my S20 FE in terms of clarity, durability and application. In fact $7 for 3 sets was a steal.

              The case, I can tell its the same plastic as the S20 FEs original Samsung case, the clip standup mechanism is much sturdy. So for $21 bucks I cant complain. The cut outs for everything and fixture is on point and accurate. There is no play or loose parts overall.

              I really can't complain for its price. It may seem cheap in price, but its actually exceptional value.

              This is my 2c for those that want something cheaper than a spigen.

              Cost wise, I don't think these things cost that much to produce, the rest is marketing.
