        Maybe, but I ordered a black colour. if they havent got it in stock then it is on samsung to get this right. They dont really have an excuse to delay a customer by 10 days. If it was a day or two it is ok but this is just poor customer service.

    I got the following discounts codes:
    1) $50 newsletter
    2) $100 Live chat discount. Talk to live chat, say how to are a loyal samsung customer and ask for a discount code
    3) 10% off via email. Emailed [email protected] and same spiel about being a loyal customer and asking for discount code. They actually rang my phone to discus briefly before giving 10% code code to my email.

    All stack together. I didn't get the $500 trade in, just the $300 but got a new S23 (128GB) for $512 AUD

      Got the same except for 295 trade in for s21 256gb. My phone is having battery port charging issues again (already had port replaced once by local phone shop) but I told Samsung my port is working fine. Curious if they will make an issue about that. It would have cost at least $90 from local phone shop to fix so hopefully any penalty is less than that

        But the code order I followed was (as per CodeXD's comment):

        Trade in -> 10% -> $100 -> $50

        I got ~$1154 the first time, so I emptied the cart and tried again.

    Wish people would stop quoting their price with their included device trade-in credit, it just confuses others…

    No, you didn't get the 512G S23 Ultra for $700, you got it for $1100 (if you had all of the codes, including the $500 trade-in email) and traded in your device for $400 credit, when you could have sold it for $600-$700, essentially ripping yourself off hundreds of dollars.

      Yes I had this happen. You need to log in to Samsung account otherwise the loyalty discount won't apply. Not very obvious at all.

      Logging in to Samsung account also gives you (probably useless) Samsung points when you buy the phone

    $339 is NOT the lowest you can get the S23 for! If you guys still have that old $50 MA-**** sign up voucher, you can stack that on top and get it down to $289!! Should work for S21+ & Ultra.

        When you use to sign up to the Samsung newsletter a while ago, you could get a $50 voucher starting with MA-, this can't be acquired anymore now as they replaced it with the current one, but I had some spares codes from last time.
