EB Games have a few games on sale at near-to lowest and lowest prices.
Stock availability appears low for Alan Wake Remastered, but Resident Evil 4 (2023) appears readily available in-store.

Resident Evil 4 (2023) Lenticular Edition is also available for $49 on PS5, PS4 & Xbox Series consoles, but delivery only based on our Sydney location.
Only difference is a lenticular case, but maybe that's your bag!

    there is only one store with alan wake remastered for PS4 and shipping is unavailable.

    But Resident evil 4 Remake is $39 pre-owned, and a few store carry steelbooks.

      I usually wait but village is still 50s at best from what i can see. The low prices don’t seem to be coming so much anymore.

        I’ve noticed this as well. Been holding out for a few games but the prices aren’t dropping. GoW Ragnarok is still over $100 nearly a year after release. Pretty stark contrast to good old deals like this: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/424684

          Exactly. Sign of the times i guess. At least these kind of deals are still better than a Nintendo sale. I remember buying re2&3r for 30 something each. That plus so many awesome first party ps4 games for dirt cheap. Sigh, not anymore.

        Valid points. Village is not a remake like RE2R and RE3R which went down in price quickly. I still think RE4R will do the same, it's not that much of a further drop tbh.

          I hope so. I’m going to hold out for now. I have too many games to play, not enough time anyway, though this game is probably the one i want to play the most.

    Alan Wake Remastered was a free PS Plus game in July. Check to see if you claimed it before you buy it.

    Tried Alan Wake - wasn't a fan. I know it's more story based. But even the story sucked (subjectively speaking).

      That's how I felt about Control, and why I haven't given AW a good go despite owning it for a decade.

      I enjoyed Max Payne 1, but the gameplay was fun enough that I didn't care the story was silly pulp shit. Beyond that, I think Remedy might be one of the most overrated developers out there. Not bad by any means, but daaaaaamn overrated.

        I found control excellent, particularly as you build up new abilities. Been ages since I played it, but Alan Wake I couldn’t get into as I found the combat and use of light as a weapon annoying.

        Very different games but.

      Loved Alan Wake and Quantum Break too. Quantum Break's story was great. Control is still in my pile of shame.

    I was almost ordered RE4 via click & collect at local store… Now out of stocks at my local store. I can wait for Gold Edition (possible happen in future) then.

    I surprised EB Games didn't advertise these decent sales on social media & email newsletters.

    Alan Wake Remastered was part of PS PLUS Esstional months ago.

    If you have eBay Plus you might have a targeted $10 off code. I was able to get R4 for $39 C&C.
