For this offer, existing customer shall get the whole 120k points in the 1st year, and a reduced annual card fee (from $395 to $295) for the life of the card.

The 120,000 bonus Qantas Points offer is only available to members who apply for a new NAB Qantas Rewards Signature Card.

To be eligible for the offer, you must apply for a new personal NAB Qantas Rewards Signature Card before the offer is withdrawn, be approved, and spend $3,000 on everyday purchases within 60 days of opening your account. Bonus Qantas Points will be credited to your points balance within three months of meeting the spend criteria.

          Were you an existing customer? Mine only shows 90k points and 30k if you keep the card for the 2nd year

            @wils2k: I am an existing customer. I think that was only for a period of time, because I can't see that anymore. I'm seeing only 90k for the first year and 30k on the second year

    Just got approved for this card.
    Woolworths is having a 20x reward points on certain gift cards coming up.
    Can I purchase these to meet the minimum spend?

    Just signed up for a NAB account but both the app and website show 90k + 30k after 1 year (still a $295 fee, however). Anyone else experiencing this?

      Yep this is what I'm seeing. Not sure if anyone can get the 120k in the first year anymore - would love if someone could show me otherwise.

      I called NAB and they confirmed the current promo is 90k + 30k in the second year. Looks like we missed out on the 120k in the first year promo.

    I know pro-rata refunds don't seem to work for this card, let alone most CCs these days… but low-key I called up NAB and told them I'm moving abroad for work (which I am) and that this CC won't work well in said country…and if I could get a refund on compassionate grounds (lol). First agent said it wasn't possible. Hung up and tried again. Got this wonderful young lady who said she'll see what she can do. After 5 minutes, she approved the cancellation with pro-rata refund. I asked if she wanted me to show any proof (i.e. work contract etc) but she said "no it's fine". Took a few weeks to see the credit to my CC and then called up another time and got that credit (approx $267) sent to my bank. Noice.
