Happened to witness some customer feedback on Milkrun at Woolies last weekend. Very irate line of customers (not a millennial or gen z'er amongst them) trying to purchase groceries at checkouts at my local Woolies Metro, while the staff were consumed by getting Milkrun orders out. I guess this is what happens when entitled gen z'ers (the laziest generation to walk (or not as it turns out) the earth) sit at home and expect slaves to bring them everything…..try getting one off a couch…it cant be done….and then they'd want an Uber and moan about you triggering their anxieties by suggesting they go to a shop….
Legit people were pissed at not being able to purchase their groceries, standing around for over ten minutes….hopefully Milkrun will die. Stop pandering to the entitled lazies.
I finally gave Milkrun a go 2 days ago and it was ok… I couldn't use the old milkrun because I couldn't past the phone verification part but since Woolworth's bought Milkrun I was finally able to sign up.
I was shocked how good it was. I never knew with Milkrun when you make an order they have people at Woolworth's already packing the order and all the driver has to do is collect it and deliver it… Coles on DoorDash should do the same thing.
I'd defo would use it again when given the chance.
I have unsubscribed twice from their text messages, and they just. Keep. Coming.
