      Yup did check that. Tried with 2 small hotels in Paris. Didn't work. Shall try a few more! :)

      Was JUST about to book through hotels.com earlier today. Lucky I waited.

  Yep guys, like OP said have a look around to find the best deal. Two websites I use to compare prices and reviews personally are:

  Wego.com.au

  Thanks to the OP. Finally a coupon that works on the Australian Hotels.com site as opposed to the US site so no currency conversion fees incurred for those of us without a 28% Card.
