Maybe confirm on checkout it's the card selected ending in the last four digits shown. Try mobile data only, or recheck balance as they are prone to rude hackers.

I do have an MS excel to manage my gift cards with all my transactions listed, and I did check the balance again.
The balance matches my record.
Never had the same issue with shopback before. :SOh, I recognise your username now as a gift card pro. Sorry. SB can be funny adding a card, so mobile data can be more reliable. Seeing that yours is added, could only speculate to add another card, or that the existing one has somehow been frozen by the issuer due activity on it.

The only hassle I've had with this is when an item is out of stock in store, and the app gives you a short time window to substitute it with something from a short list.
There's the option to just remove the item from the order, but if you're deliberately just over a $ threshold for delivery/cashback/discount, it can throw the operation into disarray.That's a good shout I'll keep that in mind

The Amazon ones were out of stock within an 1 hour of the email coming in, should have expected that, especially today. Also missed a flash sale an hour ago but 15 seconds as I was trying to check out I got flustered and screwed up the card and the codes, and lost out on $45 savings across several items. Damnit. There will always be more sales - BF isn’t far but it’s just shit when you do your homework then you get sidetracked realise there is a flash sale on and boom. Too late.
