The price in title is after all stacking discounts have been applied, using a trade-in device valued at $5.

I was not able to complete checkout because Asurion (the trade-in provider) is broken for me but I expect it should work for others.

To get this price:

  1. Install the Samsung Shop app to take advantage of the 10% discount for your first in-app order. Use the app for the remaining steps.
  2. Add the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 512GB to your cart. You must choose from the online exclusive colours only.
  3. Navigate to Computing & Display > Memory & Storage > Memory Card > EVO Plus microSD Card. Add 2 of the 64GB to your cart.
    This should now have activated the additional 20% off advertised here: https://www.samsung.com/au/youmake/
    If it hasn't taken effect, try forcing your cart to update by incrementing the quantity of SD cards, then decrementing.
  4. Add a trade in device to take advantage of the $600 trade-in bonus. You can use the TradeUp app to generate a $1 code for generic headphones (Or so I've heard. Asurion doesn't work for me. I added a $5 Huawei Mate 20 for testing.)
    For reference, my total at this point is $1,382.
  5. Apply your 10% loyalty code.
  6. Apply your $100 loyalty code.
  7. Apply your $50 newsletter code.

I featured this particular device because it is eligible for the trifecta of bonus trade-in, stacking 10% discounts, and 20% off with the https://www.samsung.com/au/youmake/ bundle. For example, the 256GB model does not work, but the 1TB does. It may also apply to the S23 Ultra and Flip5. If it's not working, try testing combinations of other low-value products advertised in the above link instead of the SD cards.

    Probably the cheapest for a Fold without cancelling buds now. Usb did not trigger 10% loyalty as it doesn't reach the minimum.

    Even if they restocked the 512gb and you used SECRET10 it doesn't stack with loyalty 10% anymore I believe.

      My God the ultra in groahite is incredibly sexy in real life. Reminds me of getting some real slick sony gear in the 90s where you're just like f yea.

      Love it and so glad I went with it. I have an iPhone 13 and a Z Flip I need to transfer it all over.

      Is it best to transfer the data and settings from the iphone, and then just do some air drop equivalent for my Samsung photos?

    Thanks OP, got the S23 ultra graphite 512GB with white buds2 pro for $1155, that’s the best I could get with different codes combo (didn’t apply Secret10). Ordered on 16th, got it delivered today. No tracking email, just showed up today with StarTrack courier. Will try to offload buds on marketplace. Ripper deal. Cheers.

        Yeah it did, didn’t even notice it. Was under view details and said expected to deliver within 3-10 working days after your item has shipped. So was waiting for shipping confirmation.

    Those who cancelled Buds, i just cancelled a different order I had for the 75'' QN85B Neo QLED tv from Samsung EPP and I got the refund within hours. I had cancellation confirmed an hour ago and just now got "Your refund request is confirmed" Payment Refunded email.

    Here's hoping they are a different department otherwise it's looking unlikely

      I've received email confirming that I cancelled the buds2 but haven't seen any refund hit my account yet.

  • I got a message my Fold 5 512gb is awaiting collection at the post office. Ordered on the 16/10 and no tracking or updated email received from Samsung.

    A little confused how people are receiving their orders so early. I was one of the earlier purchasers on the 13th, and on that same day, I had my status moved from "order received" to "shipped" - with the actual text being awaiting dispatch. Now their stated time-frame for custom colours was 3-4 weeks. But people who have ordered later than myself, have received their shipment (without a tracking number/text/email from samsung) around 1-4 days after they've placed their order. I've contacted customer representatives about this, and was told that my order was still being prepared, and gave me a startrack tracking number, with the expected date being 27th of October (10 business days after I made my order). What on earth is going on here.

    Speak of the devil, and he appears, as soon as I made this comment, I received an email from Samsung that they have dispatched my order and will receive the tracking number (I already have it) shortly. Applying said tracking number, and it reveals (The tracker did not work before I received the email), and it's been sitting at the facility in my area since 3am, and the expected arrival is tomorrow.

  • Ordered on 15th, and got a Star track delivery today. Presumably it's the Samsung S23U and two Flash drives. There was a message on my order confirmation which I received on the15th, it said "Arrives on 18/10/23 Standard Delivery".

        • Yes, I finally received it. No tracking number, no notice, just left it at my front door. Lucky I go check if not will stay there overnight

        1. Buds Pro 2
        2. Change quantity to 2
        3. Add S23 Ultra 512 GB Blue
        4. Apply Trade-in
        5. Apply loyalty code. At this stage, it says code didn't apply to all items in the cart.

        Code works on web though, but I can't benefit from the app discount there.

      • For me it worked when adding after the $100 code, today it didnt work at all

      • I know , the 10% loyalty added right after trade in always disappear when I added either $100 loyalty or $50 newsletter. So I tried it last this time and it worked.

  • Are asurion reliable? I am trading in my fold 4 which I bought cheap thay have valued it $730 also deducted that amount from my account. I have received the fold 5 today… no thing shall I send my Fold 4 ? … what if they decide to value it lower ? Can I ask them to send me the phone back ?

    • 1) unless you've lied about the condition of your device no
      2) refusing to send in your device means that they will not refund you your security deposit
      3) in addition you will be charged UP TO $60 in late fees if it extends beyond 14 days (since you received your new phone)
      4) you will also be blacklisted by them from future trade-in attempts according to responses here
      5) they can indeed send your device back to you, however that requires you to initiate a full return of what you purchased from samsung - provided they have not already modified what you sent in, or sold it

      • Or they say I have not received your device despite you have sent it…

        • I can't speak to your case as I don't know what you've done, but auspost will provide a receipt when you send in your device, so that is already evidence that you've sent it, which you can use if they argue it has not been received.
