The price in title is after all stacking discounts have been applied, using a trade-in device valued at $5.

I was not able to complete checkout because Asurion (the trade-in provider) is broken for me but I expect it should work for others.

To get this price:

  1. Install the Samsung Shop app to take advantage of the 10% discount for your first in-app order. Use the app for the remaining steps.
  2. Add the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 512GB to your cart. You must choose from the online exclusive colours only.
  3. Navigate to Computing & Display > Memory & Storage > Memory Card > EVO Plus microSD Card. Add 2 of the 64GB to your cart.
    This should now have activated the additional 20% off advertised here: https://www.samsung.com/au/youmake/
    If it hasn't taken effect, try forcing your cart to update by incrementing the quantity of SD cards, then decrementing.
  4. Add a trade in device to take advantage of the $600 trade-in bonus. You can use the TradeUp app to generate a $1 code for generic headphones (Or so I've heard. Asurion doesn't work for me. I added a $5 Huawei Mate 20 for testing.)
    For reference, my total at this point is $1,382.
  5. Apply your 10% loyalty code.
  6. Apply your $100 loyalty code.
  7. Apply your $50 newsletter code.

I featured this particular device because it is eligible for the trifecta of bonus trade-in, stacking 10% discounts, and 20% off with the https://www.samsung.com/au/youmake/ bundle. For example, the 256GB model does not work, but the 1TB does. It may also apply to the S23 Ultra and Flip5. If it's not working, try testing combinations of other low-value products advertised in the above link instead of the SD cards.

              @HappyBargainer: The deal is 100% legit. However, they may change the trade-in bonus. For example, early in the morning on 05-10-23, I was lucky to grab a S23+ at $558 when they mixed up two trade-in bonuses of $200 and $300. When I was about to post the deal, they fixed it

                  @HappyBargainer: I prefer the S23+ because of the flat screen. I tried the S22 and S23 Ultra, and I didn't like the curved screen. Like other members here, I think we change Samsung phones quite often, hence there are so many good deals hahaha

    It's the Samsung payment gateway issue. Till that is fixed nothing will work.

    All coupons and discounts still work as long as the usb flash drive or memory card is in stock. Since that is where we get the additional 20% to 25% off.

    If someone is on chat please find out how long to fix the payment gateway error.

    finally manage to get all the codes, but stuck with trade-in app payment failure.
    I don't know if their payment gateway is not working, how others are ordering and memory card/usb are getting OOS

        yes, it's really hit and miss, I was not able to connect to live agent, tried different options like, Sales/Support/Order etc. and different browser and mobile app to get the live agent.
        Once got connected but was declined for voucher, on one of the browser, got a notification that agent is connected and got the voucher finally, but of no use because of payment failure.
        Will try later to see if it works

        I had a few in my cart and was trying to push through payment for a good 4 hours. Once I left the trade in payment page it updated my cart, pretty sure it would've done the same if I did progress to the final payment page.

    I was trying this process through the Aus Government store. They have these at a base price of $1819 for the 256 and 512 versions. Down side is that you cant use the tradeup bonus or the $100 loyalty code. Just a FYI incase others wanted to try it this way.

        yeh, the 64gb was oos but came back, so i was able to add to cart again, anyway, we'll see in the next hour, will keep the trade in screen open for now with the CC detail on in, and keep smashing the Capture button hope it'll go through LOL

      so the theory is that it (the sd cards) arent running OOS, but as the post/deal becomes popular more and more people are adding the SD cards in their carts, which the system holds for some time and if reaches a threshold, marks them as OOS
